I don't understand why other reviewers give Keke's 3 stars. I don't think that's fair! I love this new location the food is great!! Great service great ambiance. Of course it's a bit loud but that's expected. I love having Keke's so close and not having to go to Boca. The location is great and the restaurant has a fresh look! I'm super happy!!

The food and service are excellent at the new Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Parkland! Lots of variety on the menu. Charlotte, our server, was attentive and delightful! She has a great personality and she conveyed interest in her customers. The room was loud in the back due to our proximity to the kitchen and lots of people there. Next time, we will ask to sit closer to the front.

I came in, asked for a cold brew coffee with almond milk. The waitress said they didn't have any but instead of suggesting something else or apologizing she completely gaged over me. I was looking at the menu and she took everyone's drink order and ignored me again. So I decided no to eat or drink anything. Everyone else had a drink and ate. Tall dude with purple hair is running the show, manager useless no where to be found, no one bussing tables, place has 20 people max with a couple kids, food is taking so slow. No one seating tables. Give that man a raise other than that place is a trash and manager is completely lost.

I called to placed an order,put me on hold, never came back to the phone,drove to the restaurant, the hostess was not pleasant, when the waitress took my order Brittany was very courteous, and pleasant she was the only nice experience of kekes today

Our server was terrible. We ordered French toast and it was oily and did not taste good. We ordered cheese on our eggs and they came without cheese. Our server never came back to fill our drinks or check on us. I had to flag down a manager just to get our check. We are never going back!

I ordered takeout from this place and was told it would be done at 8:45am. My son arrived and was told they were behind and it would be another 15 minutes. He waited 15 minutes and then went back inside. He was then told it would be more of a wait because they had no boxes. He waited again. He was then told....at the 40 minute mark....that there were no pancakes and no French toast, both of which were part of our order. He then asked for a refund. Not up to the Keke's Standard. I was looking forward to a comforting Keke's breakfast after a morning in the heat, and was disappointed. The caramel pecan French toast was missing the caramel. The bread was airy which made for a strange texture when I added the watered down and tasteless syrup. The bread also didn't see like it was soaked in batter, just put in a toaster and plated. Yesterday when for breakfast . 1. My sister order was no takes 2. The pancakes were mushy That is not what I was expecting . Service during weekend was better For the price I will no going back again
