My first experience was bad but they just opened up. I gave him a lot of grace. They just messed up the order, probably four different times and messed up my check and but workers are new, I can get over that it's a brand new restaurant, but on several occasions when I have been driving by, I've called to order food and for take out not once have they ever answered the phone.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and have never been spoken to on the phone or been ignored in restaurant waiting for to go orders like I have at Parkland Kekes. Picked up food 4 times since they opened. I realize they just opened but telling you they don't do To Go orders over the phone and to use Uber Eats when u work in the same plaza as the restaurant is completely ridiculous. Every-time someone would pick up an order, always a 10-15 min wait after what they told us on the phone. Won't give change back... read more

Food was great and the place was clean. I saw them cleaning the table and chairs as well. Service was horrible. Sat there for 10 minutes with no server show up. Another 5 minutes, we would have walked away. A server came and said our table was not hers, but she will take us. I don't know whether she telling the truth or not. Another server that served the table behind us never once look at our table. Manager walk walking around clueless and didn't make sure everything was taken care of. Would love to review the food, but couldn't even get in after waiting for over an hour to be seated. The staff continuously kept on skipping us, instead making the arrangements with tables to accommodate our family. They sat a six-top and Eight-top behind us. Very poor decision making. Not considerate, just there the keep the tables full & disregard service. Never going there again.

We were really excited to try this place, there was a decent wait, 25-30 min but it's brand new and that's to be expected. Like the other reviewer, we were also sat right next to the kitchen door/server station which was not pleasant. Very loud, everyone moving in and out, constant banging of dishes and people taking to go orders on the ledge of our seats.
