We've been to several Keke's Breakfast Cafe locations, and unfortunately, our experiences have been consistently disappointing when it comes to the food and, at times, the accuracy of the check. This location is the closest to our home. The restaurant is clean, the staff is polite, and there is a large parking lot, so there are definitely some positives. I visited this location two weeks ago. The server had a rough time had broken glass and soda spilled on my pants. Had to ask 3 people for syrup .my ice coffee was disappointing I didn't mind all that my real issue is that I was charged for the wrong table, the server said she voided it and charged me again but I still haven't gotten the refund!

First of all this place is a madhouse and we had to wait 25 minutes which is understandable. Now to get to the review. The first thing you noticed is that it is super loud with babies screaming and crying everywhere. If you can get past that you might be OK. We order a cold brew for our drink and it never came. We reminded the waiter and he brings out a hot coffee. The food finally comes and only half of my order is with the waiter. They can't even run a Saturday morning breakfast with 3/4 of the restaurant empty. Got there @ 8:45 and there were already two parties ahead of us waiting to be seated. She told me it would be a 5- 10 min wait, which was surprising since there were literally open tables everywhere. I came in, asked for a cold brew coffee with almond milk. The waitress said they didn't have any but instead of suggesting something else or apologizing she completely gaged over me. I was looking at the menu and she took everyone's drink order and ignored me again. So I decided no to eat or drink anything. Everyone else had a drink and ate. Tall dude with purple hair is running the show, manager useless no where to be found, no one bussing tables, place has 20 people max with a couple kids, food is taking so slow. No one seating tables. Give that man a raise other than that place is a trash and manager is completely lost.

Our server was terrible. We ordered French toast and it was oily and did not taste good. We ordered cheese on our eggs and they came without cheese. Our server never came back to fill our drinks or check on us. I had to flag down a manager just to get our check. We are never going back!
