Kelly is extremely professional but very, very, very easy to talk to. She's very knowledgable on all-things-lending. If there were something I didn't understand, she would take the time to break it down and explain it to me until I did. Kelly is also SUPER fast. I had to close escrow in 25 days and by the 20th day, she was already finished. But don't let her speed fool you. She's very meticulous and her attention to detail is spectacular. I HIGHLY recommend!!
