Kelly is a very highly energetic person to work with. From day one to close of the loan you can't ask for anyone better to get the job done. We started our loan process November 16, 2018 and wanted to close by November 30, 2018. Kelly told us if she received the appraisal back from the VA she will work her tail off to ensure it will get closed. Kelly was great! She got back to you in a timely manner, always answered the phone/ returned emails promptly. If we had any questions we could always reach out and she’d be happy to answer them. Never had any issues with our loan or getting pre approved/ pre qualified. I would definitely go back to kelly the next time I buy a home.

Kelly was very professional and so was her entire team. I previously fell out of escrow on four different occasions. Kelly relieved all my concerns about her ability to close my loan and she came through 100%. She spent several hours talking to me on the phone (even after work hours) reassuring me that my loan was going to close. Her rate was very fair and her entire team was a pleasure to work with. Will be recommending her to anyone I know wanting to buy a home.
