Kelly was great! She got back to you in a timely manner, always answered the phone/ returned emails promptly. If we had any questions we could always reach out and she’d be happy to answer them. Never had any issues with our loan or getting pre approved/ pre qualified. I would definitely go back to kelly the next time I buy a home.
Kelly was very professional and so was her entire team. I previously fell out of escrow on four different occasions. Kelly relieved all my concerns about her ability to close my loan and she came through 100%. She spent several hours talking to me on the phone (even after work hours) reassuring me that my loan was going to close. Her rate was very fair and her entire team was a pleasure to work with. Will be recommending her to anyone I know wanting to buy a home.
Kelly was great to work with. She was always accessible by phone, calling back promptly. She provided friendly service. Her office staff was also very friendly, willing to assist. The online application process was quite simple. I will surely contact Kelly if I need another loan and would recommend her to others.
