Kelly was VERY professional and responded to all questions and concerns VERY quickly. This was my first home and it was of course nerve racking but not at all because of the service. I will always refer anyone who is looking for a home or is looking to refinance there home in a heartbeat.
We first spoke with Kelly Manderscheid when we were looking to purchase a home in November 2014. She was not actually our original lender, but rather she was working for one of the sellers. Kelly is extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional! My refinance was complicated due to a previous business bankruptcy that my husband and I had to file when he was ill. There was also a HELOC that I paid off after my husband passed away that kept showing up on my credit report as late, even though it had been paid for 3 years.
