I have been lucky enough to have Kelly process my loan on two separate occcasions. Initially, in 2013, for the initial purchase and recently for my refinance. On both occasion, Kelly went above and beyond to explain and answers any question I had at any time. It was very pleasant knowing that I could call her and ask her anything, sometimes even the same question multiple times with out any hesitation. Highly recommend!
