Issue with my 2015 duramax glow plugs, had to do a road trip soon and they fit me in the next day to get it fixed. Matt even marked the price down on the glow plugs a bit.

The up sell the techs do is a little too much. I was in for noisey power steering pump first time they put in a new rack and pinion, second time was a new pump new hoses and new pipe fitting, guess it wouldn’t be cool to maybe try changing the o ring first! I was never showen any parts that were cracked or wore out or broken. I like the old way it used to be when they took you in the bay and showed you the parts they took off and showed you why they changed them.
Awesome dealership to work with. Dustin did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable during the entire process.
