Fast - thorough - courteous This was a warrantee servicing for a van purchased in North Carolina. The servicing was done in Kelowna, professional and complete. Would have future servicing done here but it's a bit too far from and see.

Auto body department is great They went above and beyond...treated us respectfully, stayed late so that we could pick up our car, gave us back our inside and out dirty car in sparkling condition... We will definitely recommend.

Browsing to Buying Just came to browse and check out some of the deals we were very pleased at how accommodating the staff was. The effort put in in negotiations paid off. We were able to trade up with a fair valuation and apply a GM earnings discount which made our decision easy.

Best service ever My sales man was Aaron Blom He was wonderful in helping me to purchase my new car, He never tried to push me into buying the car he explained every thing. He even showed me how things work a second time because I wasn't quite sure of all the new features in my car. In my books Aaron is the best sales man he should win sales man of the year

Salesman redeemed my experience I recently bought a fairly expensive vehicle from here. The salesman (Michael Frances) went above and beyond to help meet my needs and be patient with me and I can't thank him enough, however, when it came down to the final touches, the manager and parts department really let me down. Easily the best vehicle buying experience I've had. I purchased two vehicles from Kelowna Chevrolet in a short period of time. They made a seemingly impossible deal seamless and painless.
