New Truck I enjoyed purchasing my new Silverado 3500 hd from Kelowna chev. The staff was very friendly and would go back there again for my next purchase. Brent Frith was a very friendly and an active salesman. I had been to the other dealers in the town and felt that i had the best service with the least amount of pressure to buy on the spot. All around was a pretty good experience.
Sketchy At First I have to be honest - I almost walked out. I live 2 hours from Kelowna and I had an appointment for noon to meet with Michael. Apparently Michael was busy and got caught up with something else, but didn't arrange for someone else to help me. I waited for 15 minutes...and nothing. When you plan on spending a whole bunch of money at a dealership, this is not a good way to start. Enjoyable all around My girlfriend was in need of a vehicle after being in a car accident. Made our recent new car purchase easy! Pierre was a knowledgable, no pressure representative who took time to answer all of our questions.
