Excellent, informative, non aggressive salesmanship Alvin Braumberger assisted us in purchasing a used 2014 Impala. He is an excellent communicator, promptly replies to queries, gave us a lot of information on the unit we were interested in, and walked us through the test drive and subsequent dealings within the dealership to close the deal. We will recommend his service to others. Alvin's non-aggressive salesmanship contributed to our deal.
