Above and beyond! All staff I dealt with were excellent! Pierre Roy went above and beyond as he helped us with our vehicle choice! As we are from out of town and my husband is in rehab, Pierre made this as easy as possible! Many thanks to everyone who helped in our transition from a two vehicle family to one vehicle! Made it extremely easy to trade in our vehicle. After bringing my 2013 Chevy Silverado in for service. Derek in service told me that they were looking for used trucks to sell. So I thought about it for awhile then decided to come in and look at what was offered at the dealership. Was extremely happy with Alvin in sales listening to what I was looking for and making it happen. Michael was very helpful with getting all the information about financing and what kind of payment I was looking at.

Smooth transaction, no pressure. I was at Don Folk Chev to pick up a part for my old car and noticed a nice late model Town & Country on the lot. Sales guy was accommodating of multiple test drives, van was fully detailed and 'certified': repaired to like new condition (windshield, tires, brakes). No pressure sales strategety was very much appreciated. Sales, service and finance department worked together seamlessly and my business felt appreciated. Thanks.
