I really enjoyed my salesman Lucas, he went above and beyond. The dealership however was not fair with my trade in value..I put over $25,000.00 maintenance into my 2003 duramax diesel, plus it had an awesome winch, iron cross bumper, no rust and so much more.. this dealership only gave me $2,500 trade in value!!! Horrible. I live 11 hours away. I got home and saw the same truck sold for $16,000.00. Book value is $11,000.00..this dealership wouldn't even provide me with 50% off voucher for 1st time oil change at my local deal... read more
Disappointing experience. Charged for a service that wasn't performed. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue went unanswered. Poor customer service and potentially questionable business practices. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
Salesman great! Sales manager very assuming and not diligent at all! Dealership owner unaccommodating and unresponsive! Very poor business practice for reneging on a deal after a credit approval and taking deposit. We had to consistently communicate only to have our deposit refunded without notice.
Sorry, I have never left a bad review on anything in my life, I am a firm believer that things do not always go as planned and give the benefit of the doubt and second chances, but in this case, there is no star less than 1 unfortunately. 5 stars on effort to sell the car, very helpful, even brought the car an hour away for me to test drive. Put $1000 down to hold a truck, January 13/24, cancelled a couple days Later. Went thru Credit Card January 15, still no refund, it’s February 14. Called twice so far, don’t give them any money up front, actually don’t deal with them at all. I’ll call again today. Where’s my money, next stop Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Bought a 2018 truck off of them which they assured me had been gone over thoroughly. I installed leather seats by myself and while removing the old seats found a used HYPODERMIC NEEDLE with drugs still in it, and under the driver's side found a bag of COCAINE!! When I told the dealership all they offered me was a free car cleaning!...lol This truck was clearly not gone through thoroughly along with numerous mechanical issues After the three month in house warranty ran up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!
The salesperson whose name I'll mention starts as a chocolate bar is actually the worst sales person I've ever met in my life I asked him to take pictures of the vehicle as I was driving from a different city many hours away and the ferry ride. the vehicle was used so I asked him take pictures as if he were buying it himself to show me all the imperfections. I usually go by the adage that if one has nothing good to say then say nothing at all. In other words right now I would have nothing to say.There isn't enough space to say how they lied and misled me at this horrid dealership.Avoid this dealer! Seems I'm not allowed to give zero stars!
