Excellent service by Pierre - we came back because of him! Purchasing a new or "new to me" vehicle is exhausting & a little bit overwhelming based on the number of choices you have to make. Worst experience dealing with the General Sales Manager, Ryan, at Kelowna Chevrolet. Completely unprofessional and not helpful at all. Instead of providing clear answers or solutions, he came across as dismissive and careless. For someone in a leadership role, his behavior was shocking — no customer service, no respect, and no real knowledge to help resolve issues. I would never recommend dealing with him, and Kelowna Chevrolet should seriously reconsider who they put in charge of sales.

keolwna chevy took the tires off the truck i bought without letting me know and replace with less quality tires. paper work was messed up and took over 3 month to get fixed. I had to go through chevy canada to get kelowna chevy to actually fix the paper work. I was constantly deceived and lied to about paper work and work that needed to be done to my truck. Terrible communication; had to speak with at least 4 different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. Twice they told me it was on the hoist being fixed when it was not. Not a word was said from the rep when I picked it up. No apologies offered. Sent in 2 different feedback/surveys with a request to have customer service all me with no follow up. If it was not under warranty I would not bring it back.
I have been waiting for weeks for a call back from September to get my car dealt with. Have had multiple people call me for an oil change but I can't get my car in to deal with it pulling and solve the problem. A problem I was told that would be dealt with before it came home with me a year ago. Every time I talk to someone I'm told their manager will call me. Haven't hear from him since September when they had my car.

I purchased a brand new Chevy Silverado EV from the Kelowna Chevrolet dealership on April 7, 2025, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. Absolutely will never use this dealership again and will never recommend somebody to have to go through the same as I have been they are awesome at selling vehicles will get you into anything you want but then will f*** you around with service and try holding your truck. It’s been 2 months now. I haven’t seen my vehicle yet they still want me paying for it and the insurance in which I can’t use.
