Great customer service and they responded to my needs immediately. Service tech/plumber was excellent and very courteous!
Service was prompt. Service tech was informative and thorough.
Courteous, knowledgeable, but entirely too expensive even by plumbing standards. Would like to use them again, but it is too costly.

The technicians were wonderful. Unfortunately I learned after the fact that I paid way too much for my hot water tank. Their customer service has been great before and after the sale but I am very disappointed in the value for the money.

Example, on water heater installs, some "cheaper"deals may look good on the surface, but when they get to the job, there is an extra charge to haul away the old tank, to add a new valve, any gas line changes etc. Ours in all inclusive, no surprises. thorough, explained everything, thought out the process and figured out exactly what was wrong, took his time to determine the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very nice, professional, personal. Thank you. My only wish is that the service call, should you decided to use the company, the money should go towards the final repair cost instead of in addition to the labor and cost of the part. they did a good job, but kind of pricey...
Kennihan did a good job of helping me with my immediate need, however, there was follow-up work to do that they were to return for and they have not followed up and lived up to that commitment. Even after I contacted them to remind them of their follow-up commitment, I was told they would return when it was convenient for them, and they have never been back in contact with me.
These guys are the best. They were able to diagnose and resolve my well problem (bad pump) the same day. And the total cost was BELOW their estimates. How refreshing is that! :)
