Even though my plumbing issue turned out to be very minor, the technician that came to my house showed me what was wrong and how to fix the problem in case something similar ever happened in the future. He also gave me advice on an upcoming project and purposed several different solutions. He was on time and very professional. I would use Kennihan again.
He called immediately. I was also planning on getting a price from Schneider Heating in Buter, my current service person. When Kennihan discovered this he said he could not bid because they are both One Hour companies. But he was great in making contact and ethical about his practices.
my experience with Kennihan Plumbing and Heating was excelent, the men were very nice and professional and the office personel were wonderful, they did and fantastic job.
The owner, Bill Kennihan, who gives the estimate and sets up everything is outstanding. First rate, first class, and knows what he is talking about. The installation process went well once the dates were determined. There was a little miss communication at first, but there had been a death in the owner's family and things were up in the air for them at this time. The office personnel were very efficient and helpful, explaining the service the company offered and making us an appointment for today, 11/18/08. We received a call today that the technician was on his way and he arrived promptly on time. The technician performed a very complete and thorough check-up and cleaning on our furnace and will be back in the spring to do a check on our air conditioner. Very pleased with the on-time and efficient installation of our boiler heating system. The owner and installers worked extremely well with us to make sure we addressed all of the issues in heating our home evenly and cost-effectively. Workmen were neat and careful, cleaning up after themselves. We have enjoyed the winter and especially like the wireless thermostat for our family room.
He cares that I understand what his is done in the pump. He did a good job.
