Much longer wait than first time

They need better customer service and organization! I checked out, they handed me my keys and said the car was right out the door. I went outside and the car was no where to be found. Went back in and they were clueless and said they would have to find it. Needless to say, it was never pulled up and was still in the back.

Told it would take 1 hour. Was there 3 and missed work. Confused me on which key was the new one and the old key that was fine before now seems to have issues. Every time I go to Kenny Kent for service they either don't fix the problem after stringing me along or potentially make it worse

Tire changing machine was down and unable to have new tires put on while i was there having my oil changed, I had called ahead to order them. Will have to make another trip there to have them put on.
I got what I wanted out of my car. When I asked about the windshield being fixed and the tire sensor being replaced and touch up paint I was told he would check on paint and get a price on a new tire sensor. He couldn't do anything about the windshield because of what they gave me for my trade in. I still have not gotten a confirmation on the touch up paint and I had all the tire sensors replaced at my cost .
