Used shuttle service after texting to be picked up no one had shown after 40 minutes. Called number no answer, called parts area they answered were nice went to tell service. 15 minutes later was called said person was on another shuttles d hadn't returned. 20 minutes later was picked up. No other names on log sheet under mine. No one ever texted me my truck was finished after 10 minutes from being back I didn't see my truck anywhere so I asked. Horrible. 14 months later and truck is still not fixed properly. Not to mention they did not fasten part of my front bumper back on properly so it blew off on the highway and wa destroyed. I have called and left several messages and have not received a call back. I would recommend going someplace else to get service or purchase a vehicle. Horrible
The low rating is because, First time they had this vehicle. I asked for my oil to be changed. But I got a long list of recomended emergency fluid changes like, brake fluid line cleaning, etc. But they still did not change my oil. Souch a simple service request, but thier system got in the way.. No I didn't do the so called emergency fluid changes, and I changed my own oil..
Bad customer service 2 times. I do not recommend. I did not buy a car from here.

Made appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and was still there 2 hours causing me to miss another appointment.

There's too much to mention. Basically, several lies and the wait was extremely long because of the lies. I've been doing business here for more years than I can count but this was the last time I buy here.
