Everything was great service people were great just want my truck fixed I have nothing but trouble with it since I bought it.. just need to get it o In to service to get it right and get a loaner car

The problem isn't resolved the tire pressure system is still lighting

The purchase of the truck was fine, but the follow up of the purchase has been very disappointing. I have been trying to contact our salesman on a couple of items that were in the deal of purchase. I bought the truck two weeks ago and have been trying to contact the salesman, Jesse Carpenter. I have called three times and still waiting for a call back.

Didn't seem like the sales guy wanted to sell the car. Seemed like he just wanted to go home.

My apt. Was 9am for an oil change & tire rotation I told him I was staying, I thought I saw my car being parked outside at 10:29 then Rayan called me at 10:28 about some filters being replaced. Finally at 11:14 I texted him about my car. Needless to say I will not be back

Appointment was set at 1030AM in a weekday for a drive train issue and an oil change. I did not get an update until close to 3PM, after I went to ask about it. It was at that time it was taken for a test drive, diagnosed, and finally brought in for the oil change. I sat at the dealership for about 6 hours for them to diagnose, order a part, and do an oil change. I've still got to go back for the actual repair (3 and a half weeks later) and I'm nervous of how it's going to go.
