The wait was terrible!!! I also own a Toyota that I have serviced at Kenny Kent Toyota & never have to wait the time as I did for my Tahoe. I also had asked about a repair being made on one of my sensors & was told I'd get a call about it. I did & returned that call, left a message & have heard nothing back.

Took weeks to get a part ordered that should have been ordered at the initial visit. Rarely will the phones be answered timely, can take 2-3 days to get a response. Typically info either isn't shared or delayed in sharing for maintenance visits to Car Fax to keep everything on schedule and current.

The customer service was not acceptable. My daughter and I stood in lobby of service area to be waited on. We were waiting more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged with staff walking past us and then stating someone will be with you. When we finally got waited on to check in the vehicle, advised need oil change, hearing thumping noise since day we purchased it at the Kenny Kent dealership, and requested them to check fluid sound when heat is on. I messaged Matt and called with no response on service update. Ended up calling Chris to follow up for me. Matt called me and said paperwork buried and he forgot about me. Proceeded to let me know service was complete, but would need to make an additional apt to look at burning oil smell. He didn't trust the service tech that did my oil change to do it. I asked if he trusted him to do an oil change and he replied yes, of course. Concerning conversation, with lack of cus

Poor customer service. Total chaos in the service area and organization. The communication was worse more than one visit. The service MANAGER was the worst I've ever had!

Had a scheduled appointment for first service and 1 of 2 recalls. Had truck for 6.5 hours and all that was done was an oil change and it had to be changed again the next day because the old oil was not properly drained. No fluids were checked or filled, no tire rotation or even check air pressures,no recall work was done, even the sticker on the windshield had next oil change due 2/30/25 or 35xxx miles? The truck only had 4600 when serviced. Very sloppy work

Gives away personal information to 3rd party people. They gave address, phone number, email, VIN number, and everything the seller gave them to buy a truck. Horrible.

For $82 we got our oil changed. Fluids were not topped off and tires were not rotated.
