Jessica & the service manager are great wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I live in northern IN it's worth the drive. Tom Wood Lezus is in my area and won't let them touch my car after several BAD experiences with them.

On May 18, a tree fell on my 2015 Toyota Camry. Allstate declared the vehicle a total loss. I went to Kenny Kent looking for another Toyota but Terrance Sutherland showed me a better option. The 2013 Lexus he describe as “the one” was the car I didn’t know I was looking for. The finance team worked out a deal that I could afford. That was especially important because I plan to retire soon and I hope the Lexus will be my retirement car. They're very prompt and taking care of you immediately once you walk in the door. The facility is clean and the people are very cordial, the atmosphere is relaxing while you are waiting for your vehicle.

I always have a good experience getting my Lexus serviced, however I would have liked to have been told what is customary at the 60k mile service and have the chance to decline some of the items on the list. For example the wipers being replaced. I didn’t think they needed to be changed out just yet and had I been given the choice would have declined. This would have saved me $100. Next time I will know to ask if the service will be more than tue standard oil chg and tire rotation.

From start to finish, Jessica was most helpful. After I called and described the situation, Jessica scheduled an appointment and made sure I understood exactly what would take place. She communicated well, and she worked professionally and brilliantly with me. She was dedicated and concerned all the way.
From the receptionist to Tyler Logsdon, a Lexus Service Advisor, and the maintenance crew they were all professional, kind, and accommodating to my needs. Great job!
