Excellent service from Jessica, Service Agent, to lady at front desk, to sales consultant who took my information to pass on to Dale H. who helped in th purchase of our ES350 8 years ago. One disappointment is all info is 100% digital. Sure would have liked a copy of hard info on es and is to review with my wife. We older Lexus buyers like the book with colors to relax and read on our deck and not on our iPhones.
