Except for one instance, We’ve always had a positive experience with Kenny Kent Lexus; the most recent service was no different. Being a dealership, they’re not the cheapest, but they provide clear invoices with part numbers and labor costs. We appreciate knowing that we receive OEM parts in our Lexus vehicle. Additionally, the loaner vehicles are always nice. I recommend Kenny Kent Lexus, and Toyota.

I brought my RX 350 in for a recall issue. . this involved software updates which took longer than I expected but more than likely necessary for a three software update that included backup camera, infotainment system, and breaking and safety warnings. Overall a pleasant experience
