Kenny Kent Lexus Service does not represent the true Lexus Experience anymore. This was a second appt because the tool they needed the first time it was scheduled wasn't working. I previously shared this experience as well, because they couldn't perform the service we made the appointment for and didn't tell us until we brought the car in.
