I expected to have a 2 to 3 hour wait but I was there 4 1/2 hours. I was there for my zaktak application. I asked about having the inside of my car detailed or cleaned saying I was willing to pay extra. This was not done and nothing was said about it. One time I had a zaktak application they cleaned the inside of my car and did an outstanding job. I've never been able to get a straight answer re how much service I'm entitled to with the payment I made when purchasing the car.
