The salesman Gene Lechner was a 5 star. The choice of selection at Kenny Kent was a 3 star. Almost every vehicle was white, silver, black or gray. To buy one with a different color would have taken 6 wks to 2 months to get. We didn't have that option as our former RAV4 had been totalled in a not our fault accident. We are loyal to Toyota because they are so reliable but the colors that are available are poor. There wasn't a single new RAV4 available for sale on the whole lot.
