Marquis Johnson handled everything very well. I have noticed that since the service, my car has a message saying, "Service Required Soon," or something to that effect. Why? How do we get rid of that? Also, it was recommended that I change the air filter and the cabin filter. I did that the day after my appointment with Kenny Kent. I just received an email from Carfax telling me these filters are in need of changing. Those records need to be updated. How can that be done?

I arrived early for my appt and was checked in quickly. I was told that I could wait in the lounge and expected the service would take an hour, however, it took much less time. My car was ready and waiting for me!
