They did a great job with my 10,000 mile service however when I wanted to schedule it a car for my use was not available for another 7 days. However I am paying for my car to be cleaned and had asked for the mats to be cleaned and the carpet vacuumed & was told that would be done. When I picked up my car and there was mud on the passengers side in back mud on the inside of the doors. I am disappointed I paid extra for that service.
