Liked having a car to use while mine was being serviced. Liked using coupon to lower cost of oil change. Liked getting a cup of coffee. Liked getting my car washed ( I used to be able to get it washed once per month since I bought my car there but they took that away ). Liked the lady that I work with-she's on the balk, nice, courteous, helpful etc.
