Great experience at this service appt. Fast service and service rep was fantastic (kevin).
Quick service and warranty work went well. Brittany got me in quick and was very patient with my schedule.
Low tire air pressure. Took in for added air. Tech checked the tire and found a nail and plugged. So thankful.
Andrew Kay was suggested to me by a friend. He works in the new Toyota sales area but was able to fully assist me with my certified Lexus. He went above and beyond with every detail of the purchase process. I will be back to Kenny Kent for all of my family vehicle purchases because of his care and honest work.

Quick and very professional was very happy with the service
My tire rotation was very fast. Plus they checked all the fluids in the engine. I was very satisficed.
Radiator was replaced, seems like they did a good job. I asked for a more in depth review of how other hoses and components were holding up. I did not get any feedback on that.
My 25,000 mile service was due, so I called to make an appointment. I got in the same day I called!! When I arrived at the dealership, I gave the keys to the service advisor, and 30 minutes later, I was out the door. Couldn't be happier!!
Helped me find the exact car I wanted however at time of purchase, I did not leave the lot with the car filled with fuel(which should be standard when you purchase a car), the vehicle did not have car mats(they gave me universal mats after the fact but I had to cut them to try to fit in my like new vehicle), and I had to return to the dealership to sign a paper they forgot to have me sign.
