Very efficient. This was the first time I used the shuttle service and that experience was great. I had a question after I got home and Josh was able to answer my question and make my next appointment as requested.
I have never had an issue with Kenny Kent service department, but they were not able to fix our turn signal issue, and when I called about it, I was transferred to the service department, left a voice mail, and have never heard back from them. Maybe they are on vacation?
