I had the rear hatch struts replaced because the old ones did not open the hatch all the way. When I went for my appointment-I had sat for about 40 minutes when my sales person came by where I was sitting and said they may have sent the wrong thing. I did not hear anymore until he came back and said the car was done. I said "did they work." Yes, they got them to work. However since I have been home, they don't work any better than the old ones. I should get a refund!
