As always, the people there were extremely courteous and helpful. My vehicle was attended to in prompt fashion, and actually ready much sooner than I had expected it to be. My only concern was minimal feedback when I retrieved it, and I didn't have the time to track someone down for more details.

We had great service and the wait time was not long. However, after getting back home we noticed a couple days later that the Maintenance Required came on. When I drove to town and came back I noticed quite a lot of oil on the garage floor. Drove to Ubelors in Jasper (after a man from the service dept at Kenny Kent called them) and they worked us in. After checking the car the oil leak was due to a cracked oil plug, I think thats what my husband said. It caused us to miss plans that day.

My concierge, Tyler, was great. The service took longer than expected however it was very nice to have a washed car when done.
