I always call several shops to quote each service. This Lexus Dealer set appt for while I was in town on business. They treated me fairly. Told me about what to expect on next 2 services, wherever that would be. I felt as if my service rep was shooting me straight. Because not all Lexus and Independent shops want to do whats needed. They create add on items. This one did not.
