Service was ok but the extra cost added to the advertised service price and selling my car information and personal info to car fax, without my permission stopped me from ever doing business with Kenny Kent Toyota again. That few dollars you made selling my info just cost you more, in future sales. That was a very stupid move lent did!! N
I spoke with a salesman for over a week before I made the 4+ hour drive to buy from them. Every day for a week I made it very clear when I planned on being there in person. The day comes and as I'm over an hour into my trip, the salesman called me to tell me the vehicle had sold before. Very unprofessional. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with how this turned out.
Said couldn't get car to act up after having two weeks. As soon as i pick it up it has continuously acted up.
The dealership charged $25 for an "oil booster" included in a routine oil change. This was not requested, and I was not told about this ahead of time. I view this is nothing but theft and will never go back for an oil change.
Service advisor (Joe) was rude and wouldn't accept my service coupon when I advised him that I had one. Had to go to his boss to get it accepted.
Very bad. I had left because of their poor service two years later I decided to return and as always, poor service, they left oil leaking from the oil filter cap. I lost two hours of my time trying to get them to fix the problem.
Oil change was fine but replacing battery took like 45 minutes with 3 guys just looking at it for Swahili until I went out into the service area.then they didn't reset things and I had NO screen and NO radio so had to go all the way back out to Toyota to have them reset that from replacing battery!!!!!
I paid for new parts like air filter and new wiper blades and old ones or still on there
They fixed the recall problem in a timely manner
