After applying the zactec to looks like they buffed the car....the plastic molding around my wheel wells are a scuffed up now...we are not happy and will be calling today to have that looked at asap
Don't bother making an appointment on the phone, it doesn't work. I can't tell you how many times this place has wasted time or not done service correctly. Wish we had a different Toyota service place in town.
Tried to upsell me for a $1000 set of new tires.
No follow up on ordered parts for warranty. Had to call multiple times to find out the parts had been there for a month.
I had to wait longer than I should've.
Poor, too much charged for rotation and fluids
There was a few thousand dollars in fees that the Sales Representative did not tell me about.
my car was ready at 430 but the service department had a meeting so i didnt get my car until 530 and it was pouring down rain and they parked it out in the lot instead of under the roof. I have always gad very bad luck with service at this dealer.
Was supposed to get an oil change. All they did was rotate the tires
