Very easy to deal with. They do not have dealer add ons such as a Doc. fee , or a safety package like one dealer wanted to add. The price was the price plus $378.00 and they also arranged the financing.

The service and experience in the service dept was great. The fact that there is no one to answer your calls when making an appt is horrible. I had left three voicemails and never got a return phone call to schedule the appt. Finally I set up the appt on the internet, which was not the way I wanted to do it, having an actual person to talk to about what is needed and will be done is the way I would like to be making service appts.

It was easy to make the appointment, and everyone was polite and professional when I was there, getting the work done. However, several things were checked on the inspection form as "requires immediate attention", and nobody spoke to me about them. They just told me that the work was done.
