I signed up for front shock replacement on the web site along with a service. I dropped off the vehicle and a short time later I received a call that they do not have the shocks in stock at the dealer. They don't order them until the vehicle is at the dealership. This cost me an extra day waiting on the parts. This should have been noted on the website. Otherwise the service was fine.
