I’ve lived here since December of 2018. I can’t say enough about how much I dig this spot! For one, since day one, the staff has been nothing but courteous and professional. The property is consistently kept in tip top shape. Daniele at the front desk gave me a more than thorough tour of the property and the amenities available to me and answered each question that I had. The apartments themselves are lovely. This is my second time living at Kent Place. I keep coming back because of the friendly staff and awesome maintenance team. Danni (girl with the purple hair) was very friendly and went above and beyond when I moved in. Any issues I have had were addressed and taken care of in a quick manner! Thank you Kent Place!

I live at Kent Place Residents and its hands down the best Luxury Apartment Living. The amenities are top notch. The management team, leasing agents and maintenance are the best in the city. They really take care of their residents. Maintenance is always quick and takes care of requests right away. The common areas are always clean and smells clean as well. I am glad I choose to move here and my guests have mentioned how great this place is as well. Keep up the great work team!!
My husband and I recommend Kent Place 100% ! We have only been live here for almost two mos. Yet we feel like family. Danial from the leasing office was and has been amazing! The whole staff is wonderful. Thanks to you all for making our transition such a great one.
