Eric Wozniak is an honest, straight shooter, with a fabulous personality. He has a very good knowledge base of the area which is an asset. He worked hard to negotiate the sale, and had several suggestions of counter-offers to get the deal done. Eric responded to all of our phone calls and emails quickly. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
We had a great experience with Will. He was helpful, responsive, and worked really hard on our behalf finding and doing due diligence on various properties. We will look forward to working with Will on any future real estate needs.

Theo did an amazing job selling our townhouse the weekend it listed for more than asking price! Couldn't have gone better!! He also not only FOUND a prelisting home for us in our neighborhood that almost everything we wanted, but also helped us negotiate a 203k rehab loan for this property while it was mid-rehab. I had no idea how many houses I had to look at. I didn't know anything about the process with the inspection and request for repairs or what. Sarah Brown was EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME. I know she has had to go above and beyond to help us make our dream home become reality. Thank you seems like just a word when I know she performed a miracle. I owe Sarah her so very much!!
Theo was extremely timely in his responses, always easy to reach. He helped us negotiate and asked a lot of questions for us when we weren’t sure what to be asking. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve worked with other agents in the past but he has been the best and by far exceeded our expectations!
