Excellent response time. Made things easier to understand. Negotiation skills and advice made buying the home a much easier process. Always on time, never canceled a meetup.

Erik did a great job.... It was an older property with some problems we didn't want to tackle and we had 3 offers that backed out after inspection. Erik found us a buyer at a lower price who bought it as is. Although it wasn't quite what we hoped to realize it turned out to be a win-win transaction for everyone involved. Working with Christian was wonderful. His background and knowledge of housing construction made my girlfriend and I feel very confident in our decisions and also helped a lot in the negotiation process. He was highly attentive and contentious of our needs and desires in the home we wanted. Rachel has been very helpful through our entire process. She had extensive knowledge of the properties we were looking at and if she didn't have it, she found it. She was very quick to get us into properties that had just hit the market that we had inquired about and if we ever had a question, she was very quick to respond.
Christian was awesome! He designed an area in our price range and where we wanted to live. We were sent listings everyday. He returned our calls immediately. Christian was respectful and helpful. Within a few weeks we found our home! The entire buying process was a great experience. We highly recommend Christian Anderson!
