Sarah did the best of what anyone could do: She sold my house in about 2 weeks from the day I finished cleaning and turned it over to her for sale. About a month later, we closed. She even acted on my behalf at the closing since I was out of town for a memorial service. She got everything done efficiently, effectively and with a smile all the way. Big thanks to Sarah!

This was my first home buying experience. Dylan was patient, understanding, spoke to me as a friend and walked me through the process numerous times. We sold our home in Oregon and were moving to Minnesota in early Summer 2018 and had one week to find a home. It was a bit daunting, lots of (pardon the pun) moving pieces. Eric was very prompt in his replies to our emails. His team came in and directed us on what needed to be done and ways to complete the preparations for having our home ready for showing. Jenn was a pleasure and helped tremendously in selling the townhouse. She guided us through every step and made the closing seamless even though we do not live in Minneapolis and everything needed to be completed remotely. I have also sold a condo in Atlanta remotely and my experience with Jenn was a 100% better.

Always bright, cheery and helpful. Especially as we began to narrow down what we were looking for, in specifics. She and the person who showed us house when she was not available(I've forgotten his name) we're always on time and easy to work with, as well as, providing valuable feedback on the homes.
