Sarah was amazing at helping me and my wife find a house. Sarah will out hustle any other realtor to make sure YOU win at the end of the day. She is fair, understanding, and knows how to negotiate almost too well :) She literally has your best interest in mind and will do whatever it takes to get you into your new home. Cristina was excellent with her response time and was proactive in making sure the buying process was brought to completion by keeping all of the paperwork going and letting us know what was next. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient the whole way through!

I was the seller of a home in Bloomington, MN. I enlisted the services of Eric to do the selling of the real estate, as I had previously used him to sell my previous home and also purchase the one I am now living in, as I knew the time and effort he puts into his clients. Eric understands his client and works with the client to obtain desired results. He also listens to the client and how they wish to handle their transaction, so basically they are in sync. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone.

Eric was amazing! He held my hand through the entire process. Since I never sold a house before, I didn't know what to expect. His guidance got us through with flying colors! There were 11 offers in 3 days and the house sold for $25k more than I thought it would!! Yay!!!
