Sarah was wonderful to work with! She was gentle with us, we hadn't sold a home in 25 years, but very honest with us in what needed to be done to get it sold. She was very knowledgeable in what buyers were looking for and expecting in a home in our price range. She was very active in following up with the parties that had showings at our home. Patrick was very helpful when I was buying a new house and selling one. He responded quickly when I had questions. He was knowledgeable of the process of purchasing and selling a house and directed me in what was needed to be done. He knew the area I was interested in and was able to negotiate the price I needed.
Christian was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and offered valuable insight throughout the entire process - from choosing the right home for us to negotiating with the sellers. It was great working with Allie with selling our house. She walked us along every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable! The best part with working with Allie was how responsive she was to every email, text and phone call. She was able to sell our house in one month as well as help us negotiate in purchasing a new one. Theo is such a cool guy. Very laid back but also professional. He sells a ton of multi million dollar homes but he's amazing at finding little gems like the one we bought. He knows the Richfield Bloomington area well and gave us good advice. This was our first home purchase. He's assertive and won't steer you wrong. Can't recommend enough!
Theo is above and beyond! He's a man of character and clearly cares for your needs and desires over his own! He was available when we needed and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and any house we walked through. I especially was helped by his comp work, which gave us confidence regarding the fair market value of our home.
