Cristina was excellent with her response time and was proactive in making sure the buying process was brought to completion by keeping all of the paperwork going and letting us know what was next. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient the whole way through!

I was the seller of a home in Bloomington, MN. I enlisted the services of Eric to do the selling of the real estate, as I had previously used him to sell my previous home and also purchase the one I am now living in, as I knew the time and effort he puts into his clients. Eric understands his client and works with the client to obtain desired results. He also listens to the client and how they wish to handle their transaction, so basically they are in sync. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone.

Allie is an awesome partner and advocate when working with you to buy /sell a home! We were immediately impressed with her confidence, knowledge and sense of urgency, yet she wasn't too pushy. Eric was amazing! He held my hand through the entire process. Since I never sold a house before, I didn't know what to expect. His guidance got us through with flying colors! There were 11 offers in 3 days and the house sold for $25k more than I thought it would!! Yay!!!

Sarah did the best of what anyone could do: She sold my house in about 2 weeks from the day I finished cleaning and turned it over to her for sale. About a month later, we closed. She even acted on my behalf at the closing since I was out of town for a memorial service. She got everything done efficiently, effectively and with a smile all the way. Big thanks to Sarah!
