Eric was amazing! He held my hand through the entire process. Since I never sold a house before, I didn't know what to expect. His guidance got us through with flying colors! There were 11 offers in 3 days and the house sold for $25k more than I thought it would!! Yay!!!

Sarah did the best of what anyone could do: She sold my house in about 2 weeks from the day I finished cleaning and turned it over to her for sale. About a month later, we closed. She even acted on my behalf at the closing since I was out of town for a memorial service. She got everything done efficiently, effectively and with a smile all the way. Big thanks to Sarah!

Jenn was a pleasure and helped tremendously in selling the townhouse. She guided us through every step and made the closing seamless even though we do not live in Minneapolis and everything needed to be completed remotely.
