I really enjoyed working with Jenn on listing and selling of my house, from day one. She presented the market situation and what to expect. She truly cared about my opinions and decisions, never pressured me into anything. Jenn was always happy and upbeat, making everything more enjoyable when things were stressful. I enjoyed getting to know Jenn and all the other members of your team that worked with me over this last summer.
Doug was a great compliment to my experiences selling homes. He listened to what we wanted and thought about what was the best way to accomplish that. He gave us some different options. We went with one of his suggestions and it worked perfect!
I really enjoyed working on staging my house following Kimberly’s and Jenn’s advice. It was fun rummaging through my friend’s houses to borrow thing to decorate on a budget:-)
Krista was amazing and guided us through every step of the process! She was very patient even when we kept on changing criteria about the city, existing home and new homes. Once we decided on what we wanted, she was with us every step of the way from detailing things out to purchase agreement to inspections to closing.
Things went quite smoothly and Eric responded to emails promptly and thorougly. When we decided to start the process of putting in an offer on a Sunday evening, he began working with us immediately. He was always knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
