We worked with Jim Kerr and it was great. He responded right away to any questions we had or to schedule any houses we wanted to see. When it came time to write an offer, he worked all hours with us to get the offer in on a very tight deadline. He was the first agent we met with and we both knew right away that we going to choose him. We're both super glad we did.

Working with Doug was fantastic! He went way beyond the call of duty to help us. The listing agent we worked with was less than responsive, but Doug made sure he didn’t drag his feet on important items. We hope to be purchasing another home to use as a rental property in the next few years. We will absolutely come back to the Kerby and Cristina office so we can work with Doug again.
