Theo is a great agent. In our experience he was very knowledgeable, responsive, explained/taught us about the process, was very down to earth, and always had our best interest in mind. We will definitely use him again and tell our friends and family.

As first time home buyers, my wife and I needed a lot of guidance and instruction throughout the buying process. Theo's local knowledge helped us make an aggressive offer during a competitive market. After our inspection Theo was able to negotiate a new furnace be installed among a couple other costly repairs. As we waited in anticipation Theo responded promptly with patience as we bombarded him with questions. I highly recommend working with Theo!
