It was a great experience, from the first time we said we wanted to sell to the very end. Cristina was very thorough and explained everything we had to do to get ready. It was a very smooth transition. We were really glad she told us to get a pre-inspection. We were able to work on that over a few months instead of trying to get everything done in a couple of weeks. We highly recommend the team of Kerby and Cristina!
Jenn was awesome!! She definitely went above and beyond our expectations. She was very knowldgeable and thorough on every showing we went to and worked very diligently to get us in a house. Very good! Tiffany was absolutely wonderful to work with and I had a great experience! Tiffany and I were able to narrow down what I was looking for after going to a couple of showings. Once we were able to figure out my needs and wants, the process went a lot quicker and she was able to help me out in a competitive offer on my dream house.
We had a great experience!!! Very happy with our agent--he gave us great advice. They gave us a suggested list of companies to use in the preparation to get our house on the market and everyone we chose from the list was great-- inspector, plumbing repair, etc.
Buying a new home was a great experience made even better because of Jim. He really worked for me. He checked out each place I looked at in full detail and reviewed all showings with an inspector’s eye. He answered all of my questions and frankly made the seller’s realator look bad.
