Nikki did an awesome Job. Since my son and are from Out of town it was impossible for us to be there to fix things for the appraiser. We live in Virginia, and wanted to move back to Minnesota. I found Remax…Kerby and Christina and connected with realtor Kathryn Webb. WOW, what a stroke of luck! Allie did a fantastic job helping us sell our house in New Hope MN. She has great knowledge about the area, market and also has great negotiating skills.
