We live in Virginia, and wanted to move back to Minnesota. I found Remax…Kerby and Christina and connected with realtor Kathryn Webb. WOW, what a stroke of luck! We never went to the Cities to physically look at houses, but Kathyrn was phenomenal! That’s an understatement!! She did a number of Facetimes with us to look at the house and community. From that, we locked in on the house. The rest is history. We are moving in next week. Can’t wait to meet her in person. She is great and fun too! Steve
Allie did a fantastic job helping us sell our house in New Hope MN. She has great knowledge about the area, market and also has great negotiating skills. She guided us through the entire process and went above and beyond to help us prepare the property for the sale. This was extremely helpful as we live outside MN, and that saved us multiple trips to Minnesota. Allie even helped us with finding and contractors and coordinating with them.
