We really enjoyed working with our realtor Shilo Johnson for the purchase of our Saint Paul home. She was very patient, as our search took over a year. Shilo is very responsive to texts and phone calls. I personally appreciate her sense of humor and her understanding of my fear of mice (she always went first into the basements). We would personally recommend her for someone who is looking for an investment property and needs a realtor with extensive knowledge and negotiaton skills.
