We were so disappointed as a painting company to lose Sheila to sunny Florida for a year or so. We knew she would be back and could not be happier working with her and her buyers/sellers. Sheila is top notch communications, excellent on both sides of transactions, and always an"you first" agent. We work with many great agents and we are happy to have her back in MN. Jake was super responsive to our schedule needs, very patient and encouraging in this very difficult market to buy, and clearly a decent and ethical person. We had a few unconventional scenarios/difficulties arise and I knew he was representing us well.

Allie helped us sell my parent’s house and she did a great job! She kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. She answered all our questions in the process and the team she works for has a lot of helpful resources for the house selling process. With the condition of the house and the market, we did have to drop the price a little and Allie was very up front with us and gave us all the different options we had. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her and her team!

Shilo was always very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. We always felt very 'safe' working with her knowing she had our best interest at heart. I don't think there is enough room in this box to describe my fantastic experience with Allie. I met Allie 6 years ago, when she helped me sell a house and purchase my new one. Allie is the most efficient, knowledgable, responsive, dedicated, accessible, and patient agent on this planet. This was our 2nd time working with Shilo, and we would definitely recommend her. She gave us sound recommendations on what needed to be done to sell our 130 year-old home that had very few updates. She was accessible and very patient with my multiple questions. Shilo is very knowledgeable and prepared us for possible outcomes during the process.
