John worked hard at making the management company expedite the requests for them to fix their issues. Stood by us all the way through the process. Connor is an excellent agent. He was patient and provided advice and guidance through out the entire process. He had to work with 3 people on the sale of a house in an estate and he managed to help us all with our many questions. He was able to take the time to meet with each of us at the signing of the sale at the Title company He was very professional in every aspect and we highly recommend Connor as an agent.

We are first time home buyers and Juan was excellent in finding us a house we loved that was in our budget range. He has a great expertise on the Rochester area and helped us find a nice new developing neighborhood where we can raise our newborn!
